Development-stage, clearly bounded
Site control, interconnection strategy, permitting and offtake structure. What is de-risked at each gate is explicit, and so is what is not.
Two distinct risk profiles
The energy leg carries interconnection and multi-year development risk. The distributed data centre leg deliberately carries neither — prepared sites only. They should be assessed separately.
Execution is outsourced
Engineering, construction and operations sit with specialist firms. Capital is not funding us to learn how to build.
Honest about what is unproven
We distinguish verified market facts from assumptions, with sources and dates. Project economics are shared under NDA, not published.
