Large-load tariffs set their thresholds far above 1–5 MW. You avoid the long terms, take-or-pay obligations and collateral that come with crossing them.
Ordinary service, not a queue
At this size it is a commercial new-service request to the distribution utility. No cluster study, no ISO process.
Prepared sites only
We match requirements to sites where power, fibre and land already exist, rather than starting a multi-year development for you.
Density handled properly
Rack density and liquid cooling are specified with engineers of record. Above a certain density air cooling stops being practical, and that changes the building.
